Nicolas de Segonzac, MSEL serves as President of TASC. He is President and CEO of Emico, Inc., the parent company of several debt settlement companies as well as CEO of KRN Management Company, which offers management services to small and medium size corporation in financial services. Both companies are headquartered in Las Vega, Nevada. Nicolas brings to the Board close to 30 years of customer service industry experience and substantial negotiation experience with aggressive opponents such as the labor unions. Prior to his involvement with the Debt Settlement Industry, Nicolas was an executive with some of the world's most elite hotels and resorts including Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Starwood Hotels, Le Meridien properties and Fairmont Hotels. He has served on the Board of Directors of many for-profit and non-profit organizations and served on the advisory board of the School of Business of the University of San Diego while being conferred the degree of the Master of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL). David Leuthold serves as Vice President of TASC. He is President and CEO of Century Negotiations, Inc. and also heads up UCAN, the United Consumer Advocacy Network. Prior to his work in the debt settlement industry, he was a Senior Auditor for the U.S. General Accounting Office, a Federal Executive on the President's Staff in Washington, D.C. and was instrumental in developing a national seminar program promoting debt-free living. 724.978.7099 |

Chris Kesterson serves as Treasurer of TASC. He is President and CEO of Debt Settlement America. He obtained his MBA from University of New Orleans and BA from Tulane University. He is a member and a certified debt arbitrator of the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators. Chris has been involved in Corporate Finance and Financial Consulting for 20 years. Prior to starting Debt Settlement America, he was a financial consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies. Kristie Medlen is President & CEO of Acu-Shield where she is in charge of overall operations. She was the Executive Vice President from one of the largest debt settlement companies in Texas and brings years of valuable hands on experience. Kristie has a background as a Branch Manager in the finance industry for 12 years and has helped launch several successful start up companies in Colorado, Arizona and California. Wesley Young is General Counsel of Debt Settlement America and is chair of the Legislative Committee of TASC. Previously he was a Senior Associate with Baron & Budd, P.C. in its asbestos litigation group. Wesley was named by D Magazine in its list of Best Lawyers Under 40 in 2006. He is President of the Dallas Asian American Bar Association and is a Board member of the Dallas Bar Association. Wesley recently served as Chair of Panel B2 of the District 6A Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas for two years and was on the committee from 2001-2007. He is also past-Chair of the Asian Pacific Interest Section of the State Bar of Texas. He was co recipient of the Outstanding Committee Chair Award for his work with the Minority Participation Committee of the Dallas Bar Association and served as Co-Chair of the national finals competition of the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition in 2004. He is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Texas and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Phi Delta Phi, Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and Christian Trial Lawyers Association. Andrew Housser co-founded Freedom Financial Network in 2002. Previously, Andrew worked in the financial services industry, doing private equity investing with Littlejohn & Co., a $550 million private equity fund, and also worked in investment banking for Salomon Smith Barney. In addition, previous experience included work at two start ups in operational roles: as Director of Business Development for Lorantec Systems, and in marketing at Abeona Networks. Andrew received his MBA from Stanford Business School, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and he received a B.A. from Dartmouth College Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. |
